Not only does exercise control your weight, it improves your mood and your health! Regular exercise also boosts your energy and promotes better sleep…among many other benefits.

You can go walking, running, biking, climbing, dancing, surfing, swimming, or play a sport. Yoga, T’ai Chi, and Qi Gong are all methods to benefit your mind and body even more directly. When you get bored, simply try something new!

The key is to keep it moving! Every day ;)
